"Change is the only permanent in this world." But change is not a bad thing to happen especially when it involve changes for the better. The better the changes, the better life we can have. Changes in society is the biggest success a city could have. Road widening, new hospital facilities, new school and hospital buildings, these are some changes that our country need. With these infrastructures and facilities being provided by our government, it will surely change not only the lives of the well-off people, but also those who are in need.

Road is one example of what the city needs. To have a good one is to have a good life. It is a connection of any distance to everyone. That is why our City government, led by Hon.Michael Rama, proposed a budget for 2014 road widening and improvements amounting to Php.449.2 M worth concrete roads.

Most places of Cebu are always traffic. There are a lot of it for me to mention. Some streets even flood when it rain. With this project being implemented, it could solve traffic problems and street floods in our city. Widening and improvement of roads could really help a lot of people. The ones who will benefit this the most would be the students and the people who go to work everyday. If road problems in our city would be solved, there would be less people who will suffer from illness because of the floods and there will be less of us who will come to school or to work late. And now with this, we could call it "Improvement for the Better."
